Quali dati vengono trattati

Dati di navigazione. Come per qualsiasi sito, il server che lo ospita registra automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici delle visite: indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, data e ora, pagina richiesta. Non vengono usati per identificarti né per profilarti.

Dati che mi invii tu. Se mi scrivi via email o mi contatti per telefono o LinkedIn, tratto i dati che scegli di condividere (nome, recapiti, contenuto del messaggio) solo per risponderti.

Finalità e base giuridica

I dati di navigazione servono a far funzionare il sito e a proteggerlo da abusi, sulla base del legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR). I dati che mi invii servono a rispondere alle tue richieste e a valutare un'eventuale collaborazione, su tua iniziativa (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Fornirli è facoltativo, ma senza non posso risponderti.

Fornitori e trasferimenti fuori dall'UE

Il sito è ospitato da Vercel Inc. (USA); la casella email è gestita da Google (USA). Questi fornitori trattano i dati per mio conto. Il trasferimento negli Stati Uniti avviene sulla base delle garanzie previste dal GDPR (artt. 44 e seguenti), come la decisione di adeguatezza EU-US Data Privacy Framework o le Clausole Contrattuali Standard.

Se prenoti una call tramite Calendly o visiti il mio profilo LinkedIn, lasci questo sito: quei servizi trattano i dati secondo le loro informative.

Per quanto tempo

I dati di navigazione sono conservati per il tempo strettamente necessario, secondo le policy del fornitore di hosting. Le comunicazioni che mi invii sono conservate per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta e l'eventuale rapporto professionale.

Questo sito non usa cookie né strumenti di tracciamento o statistiche. Caratteri e script sono ospitati direttamente sul sito: la tua visita non viene comunicata a servizi terzi come Google Fonts. Per questo non è presente un banner cookie.

What data is processed

Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting server automatically logs some technical data about visits: IP address, browser type, date and time, requested page. It is not used to identify or profile you.

Data you send me. If you email me or reach out by phone or LinkedIn, I process the data you choose to share (name, contact details, message content) only to reply to you.

Purposes and legal basis

Browsing data is used to run the website and protect it from abuse, based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data you send me is used to answer your request and assess a possible collaboration, at your initiative (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing it is optional, but without it I cannot reply.

Providers and transfers outside the EU

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); my email is managed by Google (USA). These providers process data on my behalf. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards set out in the GDPR (Art. 44 et seq.), such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you book a call through Calendly or visit my LinkedIn profile, you leave this website: those services process data under their own privacy policies.

Retention

Browsing data is kept only as long as strictly necessary, under the hosting provider's policies. Messages you send me are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting professional relationship.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, trackers or analytics. Fonts and scripts are hosted on the site itself, so your visit is not shared with third parties such as Google Fonts. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your data (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
